On 27 July a discussion meeting with Oana Popescu, director of the Romanian think tank Global Focus, took place at OSW. It was devoted to new geopolitical circumstances and new models of regional cooperation in a wider Central Europe as seen from Romanian perspective. The meeting summed up a month's fellowship of Oana Popescu at OSW, within the "Think Visegrad Fellowships" programme carried out by the Think Visegrad consortium, financed by the International Visegrad Fund.
