Privacy policy applied by OSW for the website: www.osw.waw.pl

OSW understands how important it is to respect the privacy of visitors to the websites within the osw.waw.pl. domain. The data collected in the event logs are used solely for the purpose of administration of the website.

In order to maximise the quality of the website, we analyse log files to determine which pages are visited most often, what kind of website browsers are used, and whether there might be any errors in the structure of the site.

Use of data

The collected log files are stored for a maximum of 50 months as support material used for administration of the website. The information in these files is not disclosed to any person except persons with administration rights to the server and OSW network. Log files are used to generate statistics to help with administration. Collective summaries in the form of those statistics do not include any characteristics enabling visitors to the website to be identified.

- in order to create anonymous statistics for the website – this gives us more information about the expectations of our users and helps us develop the website to make it more user-friendly. The name of the analytical cookies used on our website is: _ga, _gat, _gid.

- for the purpose of embedding audio and video recordings stored on the servers of external suppliers Spotify AB (https://www.spotify.com/pl/legal/cookies-policy and https://www.spotify.com/pl/legal/privacy-policy) cookies and Google LLC (https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies and https://policies.google.com/privacy) cookies for the YouTube service are used.
