Analyst in the Security and Defence Department. Previously Head of the Weimar Triangle Programme and Analyst for France at the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM, 2020-2023). In the past, Research-Assistant in the Department of Romance Literatures at the Catholic University of Lublin where he defended his doctoral thesis entitled "The Idea of Russia as depicted in the writings of Joseph de Maistre" (2017). Łukasz holds MA in Law and in French Studies. He completed his diplomatic and consular training at the Polish MFA (2020).
