On 28 March 2013 r. at OSW office a seminar entitled "Trading off sovereignty. The outcome of Belarus's integration with Russia in the security and defence field" took place. Discussion was dedicated to the issues of Belarusian-Russian close relations in the field of security and defence. Anaïs Marin (Ph.D.) from Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA) delivered the speech, which initiated discussion.
