On 23 May a Polish-Chinese seminar took place at OSW. Its topics included the situation in Central Asia, the Chinese-Russian relations and the energy situation in Eurasia. A group of experts from the China Institute of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR) visited Poland upon our Centre’s invitation.The group was headed by Feng Yujun, director of CICIR’s Institute for Russian Studies, and Li Xin, deputy director of the Department of International Exchanges of CICIR. CICIR is one of the major advisory institutions of the PRC’s state administration in the field of international relations.
