On 27 September seminar „Russia after Putin’s return: the end of stability” took place. Its topic concerned the evolution of the internal political situation in Russia. OSW hosted two Russian spin doctors and political commentators: Gleb Pavlovski – the head of the Foundation for the Effective Policy and Mikhail Vinogradov – the head of the Petersburg Policy Foundation.
