On 6 December OSW hosted a seminar entitled “The condition of and prospects for Belarusian-Russian relations” organised in cooperation with the Centre for Political Education in Minsk. OSW’s guests were Belarusian analysts: Alyaksandr Alesin (“Belorusy i Rynok”), Andrey Fyodorov, Andrey Yeliseyev (BISS), Dzmitri Kruk (BEROC), Andrey Lakhovich
(Centre for Political Education) and Tatiana Manenok (“Belorusy i Rynok”). The debates during the seminar focused on the political aspect of Belarusian-Russian relations and economic cooperation between the two states”.
