On 13 December Polish-Russian seminar on “European vs Eurasian Integration in Europe’s East” took place at OSW, in the framework of the project for cooperation between the OSW and the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies (RISI). The RISI delegation consisted: dr Elena Khotkova – Head of the RISI Centre for Euroatlantic Studies; dr Anna Dudar – assistant to the President of RISI for international cooperation; dr Vasiliy Fedortsev – Head of the RISI Baltic Information Centre in Kaliningrad; dr Sergei Mikhailov and dr Viacheslav Kalinkin. RISI is one of the major advisory institutions of the Russian state administration in the field of international relations.
