On 8 October OSW hosted First Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, prof. Petr Drulák. The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Programme Council of Czech-Polish Forum and invited experts from state administration, as well as think tanks. Prof. Petr Drulák presented the priorities of Czech foreign policy (including the role of the Visegrad Group as the most important format of cooperation in the Central Europe) and changes in Czech government's approach to the European policy and human rights issues. The debate was also devoted to methods of strengthening of cooperation through mechanisms of Czech-Polish Forum and joint projects of the analytical institutions. The meeting was moderated by dr Mateusz Gniazdowski (Head of OSW Central European Department, president of the Programme Council of Czech-Polish Forum).
