On 8 October participants of the higher defence course, organized by the Norwegian Defence Academy for high-ranking militaries, politicians, businessmen and journalists, paid a visit to OSW. The meeting with guests from Norway was devoted to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, Russia's policy towards Ukraine and Baltic Sea region. The debate also concerned the issues of NATO and military cooperation in the Nordic-Baltic region. The event was attended by Olaf Osica (OSW Director), Marek Menkiszak (Head of the OSW Russian Department) and Justyna Gotkowska (coordinator of an OSW research project on security and defence in Northern Europe).
