On 23 June OSW hosted a meeting with the represenatives of Ukrainian local governments, officials and experts dealing with local goverment reform. The goal of the meeting was to discuss the propositions and implementation of decentralization in Ukraine. The meeting was attended by inter alia Serhiy Sharshov (director of Local Government Department in the Ukrainiana Ministry of Development), Ihor Koliushko (director of Centre for Political and Legal Reforms) and Volodimir Kurennoy (head of the Local Government and Decentralization Department in Presidential Administration of Ukraine). The discussion was moderated by Adam Eberhardt, deputy director of OSW.
