OSW and the New Strategy Center (NSC) experts met online on Thursday, 26 November, to discuss topics of common interest for the two countries such as the transatlantic relationship, EU developments, Russia’s foreign and security policy, the developments in Belarus, the Republic of Moldova, the effects of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, US-China strategic competition. The exchange of views also concerned Romania’s and Poland’s perspective on regional cooperation formats, such as the Three Seas Initiative, the B9 or the Visegrad Group (V4).
Since 2018, OSW and NSC have developed this format of consultations on topics of common interest, willingness to contribute in this way to increase cooperation between Romania and Poland and to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries.
