On 13 June, prof. Thomas Poguntke, director of the Institute of German and International Law of Political Parties and Party Research, professor of political science at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf visited the Center for Eastern Studies. The debate with OSW experts concerned the consequences of the elections to the European Parliament for the German party system.
The meeting was organized in cooperation with the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
