A seminar devoted to the current issues in Russia’s trade and energy policy was held on 29 June at OSW library.
The presentations preceding the discussions were presented by: Natalia Volchkova, professor at the Russian New Economic School and director in charge of applied research at the Centre for Economic and Financial Research (CEFIR) in Moscow and Yury Barsukov, head of the energy section of Kommersant daily.
The meeting was chaired by Marek Menkiszak, head of the Russian Department of OSW.
