On May 11, during an official visit to Warsaw, a delegation of the Committee on National Security and Defence of the Lithuanian Sejmas (parliament) visited OSW. Chair of the Committee Laurynas Kasčiūnas, Deputy Speaker of the Sejmas Jonas Jarutis, Gen. Arvydas Pocius and Prof. Valdas Rakutis discussed several topics with OSW’s experts. These were connected to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the situation on Lithuania’s and Poland’s borders with Belarus and the Russian Federation, and Polish-Lithuanian bilateral cooperation.
