Analyst in the Security and Defence Department. Previously Head of the Weimar Triangle Programme and Analyst for France at the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM, 2020-2023). Łukasz holds MA in Law and in French Studies. In 2017, he defendend his doctoral thesis entitled "The Idea of Russia as depicted in the writings of Joseph de Maistre". He completed his diplomatic and consular training at the Polish MFA (2020) and a fellowship at the Centre for Security, Diplomacy and Strategy (CSDS) at the Free University of Brussels (VUB, 2024).
